Taco Soup

This recipe is from the Lancaster Family Recipe book also! It is extremely easy to throw together! Will helped pour in all of the ingredients. The only real prep you have is chopping up an onion. 

Zach: "Flavor is good, needs some spice (add hot sauce or jalapenos)"
JT: "It is kinda good, but I like it a lot with cheese."
Will: "I like with chips"

Taco Soup

1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Onion Chopped
1 Can V8 Juice (48 ounces)
1 Can Pinto Beans
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 Package Taco Seasoning
**Green Chilies added if you like it hot (we did not add the chilies)

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Add Taco seasoning. Mix well. Add other ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Serve with a topping of grated cheese.
